At Psycray, we contact leads automatically by creating rules with certain conditions. These rules are linked to specific email templates, which are sent to our contacts automatically if they satisfy the prescribed rules. 

As an example, when we create a lead, and the industry for the lead contains the word ‘association,’ Zoho CRM will automatically send an email we created called “Association Mailer 1.”

By automating this process for lead emailing, we save ourselves time and energy and create a more instantaneous experience for our leads. So, it’s a win-win situation for us.

In addition to using Zoho CRM, we’ve also used Prosp for cold outreach email campaigns to 2nd-degree contacts who may be interested in our services. 

For instance, we created an email template in Prosp and sent it out to those contacts automatically in a LinkedIn InMail campaign. This allowed us to speed up the process of emailing multiple contacts at once.
